All prices are quoted per person and include applicable taxes and service charges.
Minimum of two adults per booking. Child rates not available.
Single or triple occupancy is permitted, with the applicable single-room or triple rate applied.

Packages are fixed and cannot be customized.

No refunds for unused services due to weather disruptions or circumstances beyond the hotel’s control.

Payment & Cancellation

Deposit: RM 500 per person (non-refundable) required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Failure to pay the balance on time will result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

Cancellation Charges

31+ days before departure: RM 500 deposit is forfeited.
Within 30 days of departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee applies.
No refunds for any unused services or components of the package.
