    • Packages are fixed and cannot be customized.
    • H.I.S. Travel reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
    • Tour itinerary may be changed/deleted subject to traffic or weather conditions.
    • No refunds for unused services due to weather disruptions or circumstances beyond the hotel’s control.
    • Deposit: RM 500 per person (non-refundable) required at the time of booking.
    • Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
    • Failure to pay the balance on time will result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
    • 31+ days before departure: RM 500 deposit is forfeited.
    • Within 30 days of departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee applies.
    • No refunds for any unused services or components of the package.
